Hi, I am a 24 yr old female and I have had acid reflux since about the age of 16. I have always been told that I should stay away from things with acid and that the best thing to drink is water. Here's the problem, I find that when I am drinking water, it's constantly coming back up. Is this normal?

There is a scientific data about fluoride water causing acid reflux.
Instead, start drinking natural mineral water, that may help to stop your acid reflux, indigestion and heartburn pain.

Do you find it difficult to swallow liquids?
