For months now I've experienced neck, chest, and throat pain. I've been seeing my doctor who insists I have acid reflux. After performing a stress test, barium GI, and endoscopy; ruled that I have a hital hernia and severe acid reflux/gerd. My next test scheduled is the 24-hour pH test. I take protonics, pepcid, and an anxiety pill.

The reflux seems to be controlled, as I dont get the nasty pressure or aches in my chest I used to get daily. However, I have this annoying pressure/burning under my adams apple and it will not go away. It almost feels like the muscles and tendons around my adams apple have been affected. This causes even more stress as I'm worried its something the doctor has missed.

Does anyone else have symptoms such as this, and if so, what should be my next course of action?

Extremely eHealthy
This could be due to acid reflux and stress, too.
