Q: Reflux and panic disorder ?

The last 2 or 3 weeks i have been suffering alot of reflux, not just after meals but anytime, and especially when i try to go to sleep.

ive hardly ever had heartburn or reflux in my life and now its every day, i also have panic disorder so this is just one more problem is their any advise anyone can give me?

There is a strong link between both conditions.
Is clinically proven that people suffering from panic/anxiety disorder have a two to four-fold risk of developing acid reflux disease.
Also, being anxious adds to the pain (experiencing the pain as more intensive) due to acid reflux.
Antidepressants and anti anxiety drugs can trigger acid reflux, too.
