Q: Referred to administrator

I can't walk anymore because of steroid enduced muscle atrophy and i have recurring dislocations in my shoulders,i used to get physiotherapy and my muscles improved but very slowly i used to walk using a walker but only a few steps and i get tired easily ( shortness of breath). my lupus is under control but i can't go lower than 10mgs of prednisone. Should i stop steroids? are my muscle weakness problems reversible?can I ever walk again? what can I do about my joints which have become so weak and flexible???and lastly where can i go to get proper treatment for all these issues?? please Advise i need help ....
