Q: Redundant tissue on tonsil ?

What does it mean to have redundant tissue on the tonsil? Is this normal? I can't find any information about it anywhere.

Hi colormepink!

"Redundant" means extra, or unneeded. So it seems that you have some extra tissue on your tonsils. If it's not causing you any discomfort or infection, I don't think that it's very much to worry about. However, you might be interested in reading about tonsils issues here:
