Q: Reducing redness in face ?

So all my life me and my siblings have a really red face, my older brother isn't so fair skin, and his face is red all the time does anybody have any ideas or something that we can do to reduce the redness in our faces. I'm tired of putting 2 codes of foundation to cover it up. =/
