No, any genital reconstruction carries with it a respectable chance of loss of function. It is expensive regardless of size. I'd reccomend you obsess less about your size and just work being the person the women you want want to be with.

Anyway, if women do complain about the size, I still wouldn't have surgery. In my eyes, surgical procedures are still pretty primitive. When you're talking about elective surgery on a sexual organ, it just seems too risky. What if there's complications or the surgeon botches the operation (it does happen)?
