redness on penis turns into little white spots?

every now and then i get redness on my john that then turns into little white spots that go away a day or two later. it doesnt hurt me but it is unsightly. if i wash them they kind of peel away

i have had thrush issues int he past but not had it for years. also get regular little outbreaks of warts down there but theyre controllable.i have a vit b deficiency which means my immune system is a bit shot.

i dont think its an std and me and my partner have been exclusive for almost 2 years

i would go to the docs about these but by the time i get time off work for it there usualy away

any ideas?
