From having girls as well, I asked some of my friend about this. They had said that they will get slight yeast infections and that will start to have the 'normal' white stuff in their vagina's as we do.
I bought Vagisil cream and when my girls get red and I know it's not from being wet I use it and it clears up with in a day.

my 2 yr old has had problems with thrush just like we do, when she gets sick or her immune system is down she often gets it, she also is always playing with it and dirt on the fingers can also cause it, if there complaining of a saw belly and vagina take them to the doctor it could be more of an infection that needs antibiotics.. hope she is ok Smile
