hello. im a teenager that is 17, and a few days ago, i randomly got this redness on the back of my penis, its right under the head, a little to the right. it doesnt burn but it looks to be peeling like dry skin. should i be worried about this? and is this a yest infection? i've tried applying lotions and the only one that seemed to help a little was the Palmers Cocoa Butter lotion. i dont want it to spread everywhere down there.
