redness below head

Hi

I have a redness below the head of my penis which just wont go away. It is not painful or irritating in anyway, and I would not know it was there except for the redness. It seems to be some sort of fungal infection. quite certain it was caused by antibiotics.

I think the reason why it wont go away is because it is covered by my foreskin and is unable to breathe properly. I would make sure it is dry and after a few hours it will be damp under my foreskin where the redness is.

Please advise me what I could use to treat it. I would imagine something to dry it out properly.
