Back in september i went to a doctor about a redness, itching and irritation around the top of my penis and foreskin. He told me it was a fungus most likely spread from my feet while drying myself with the same towel and gave me cream for it and it went away. However in the last month it has come back and i have used an athletes foot cream but it is still there. What should I do?

Also I have recently shaved my gentile area and recently my scrotum has been getting red and itchy with a pain i can only describe as very sharp pins and needles! What can i do about this?
