Looks like it could be pearly penile papules or PPP. It's fairly common and there's no dangers or problems that can come from it. I have them but mine are paler and bigger. Try searching on the internet for that ^ you might be able to see whether it's that or not by images of other cases of it. If you're still worried after that go see a doctor.
