You have probably caused an infection from touching yourself with bacteria on your hands, if it doesn't go away soon or starts to smell go see a doctor and see if you need anti biotics.

It depends what it is ... if it is just a mild infection from everyday bacteria then it would of worked itself out by now. You saying it has been on going for 14 days means it could be a nastier bacteria and you should go see a doctor. It may also just be irritaion from too much dry friction. There are a list of many things that it may be. Seing as its been 14 days now ... I imagine you would have washed it many times since you first noticed so therefor it is more than just a simple infection ... if it is an infection at all. Just see a doctor ... and remember your dick isn't the first he has seen so don't worry he wont start laughing. Write back to tell what it was .. my guess is friction irritation with an infection.
