Red, Swollen, super itchy labia, no discharge/smell

I got my period 2 days ago and i put a tampon in even though I was getting over BV.
at the end of the day I took my tampon out and about 20 min later my labia had become incredibly swollen, and all the skin around too. The itching is UNBEARABLE! Theres no odor, but i was bleeding a lot today and a lot of chunks were coming out too.

I was using this BV treatment from walgreens and it seemed to be working fine for the past 3 days. So I dont know if the BV morphed into Yeast Infection, but oh my god I want to rip my vagina off of me the itching is so bad! Could it be a Yeast infection??
