Hello,
Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing us
You seem to be suffering from Raynaud's disease. It affects the arteries in which narrowing occurs due to vasospasm and extreme cold condition can be a trigger for it.
Unfortunately there is no definitive cure and lifestyle changes and avoiding the trigger can help in overcoming the situation. Some medications as Calcium channel blockers, alpha blockers, skin creams are used for treatment. You can discuss regrding its usage in your case with your Healthcare Provider.
Some lifestyle changes which can help you:
1)Do some from of exercise regularly as it would improve the blood flow.
2)Avoid stress as it can trigger an attack.
3)Avoid wearing anything which compresses blood flow as bands, rings.
4)Reduce caffeine intake,it can cause an attack.
5)Massage your hand and feet.
6)Do not use hot water but rather lukewarm water.
Wishing you Good health!
