red spots on penis are itchy at times and flacky ?

I had something similar. But mine was on the shaft, testicles and the bends of my thighs. It really freaked me out. At first I tried for weeks to treat it with jock itch medicine thinking that was it.. then a friend suggested that it may be a yeast infection, so i looked online and found you could use monistat or vagicil. Tried that for a few weeks, it just got worse. So after dealing with this for months, i go see the doc. It was a yeast infection, but the OTC stuff doesn't work on a lot of male infections. He prescribed me a cream, the manufacturer is actavis. It is clotrimazole and betamethasone.. twice daily and it was gone in lest than a week.. doc see a doctor, don't agonize for weeks like I did man.. hope this helps.

When that happened to me, i had small red dots on my penis head and also my legs. I went to the doctor and found out it was scabies. Although it sounds bad, it wasnt really that had all i had to do was put on some cream and after a week do it again. However it would be good to go to the doctor incase it is something else.

Sounds like BALANITIS. A number of things can cause this, I got it because I didnt properly dry all the urine on my penis after peeing (especially night pees) go to a docter and he can prescribe you a cream that will clear it up. And mind your urination habits
