I am 13 soon to be 14 and 2 days ago I discovered these red bumps on my chest and back. It resembles a breakout but I've never really had much acne and I also tried to pop them ( a bad habit ) and they stayed the same. And this goes all the way from my collar bone and down the center of my chest. It doesn't itch or hurt but I'm not sure what it could be. Help?

Extremely eHealthy
This, indeed, can be a heat rash, happening due to excessive sweating in hot weather.
Try to keep the area cold and apply some powder.
It is important to avoid sweating for few days and the rash will go away on its own.
If you had some viral infection recently, like cold sores, this rash can be triggered by the viral infection, and is known as erythem multiforme.

Best wishes!
