Q: Red spots on bridge of nose

I came up with a red spot on my nose about 1mth ago now and it still has not gone away I have now got 2 more that have appeared these our extremely noticable is there anything I can do to get rid of them.

spots

I get very large red lumps on my face that don't ever come to anything but look horrible. Often they're very painful and take weeks to go.
Please tell me how to help this condition.
