Q: Red spots, not itchy

I've been getting red bumps on my skin for a few months, right on my chin. I've noticed that the bumps are starting to spread and that when I get out of the shower they are much more pronouced.

I have a picture, it's very blurry, but the discolouration is apparent.

Have you found a solution to your rash yet? I don't know what it is with the little information given. Did you consult a doctor? I did find this website that has a chart used in determining different rashes and their causes. I hope it is helpful:
