hello i recently noticed i have red spots on the roof of my mouth near the back they look like bleeding but behind the skin . Im not to sure was wondering if this is serious and what i should do PLEASE HELP

The red spots on the roof of mouth can indicate either blood disorder or infection.
Visit your healthcare provider for an examination to look for exact cause and get started on treatment soon. If it is due to infections like measles, infectious mononucleosis, oral herpes, it can be dangerous. It can also be a predictor for cancer. Do not delay taking medical help.
Your healthcare provider along with the examination and careful correlation with other symptoms and history will be able to tell you what it could be.
