I'm a 14 year old male. I've never have intercourse or anything sex related. Ive got about 10 small red/pink bumps. They are under the left side of my scrotum, they arent ON the sack but on the bit between the top of my thigh and my sack. they are in a small patch. ive never noticed them before but i never pay much attention to my body (i know i should). I can feel them with my hand but they arent like little pimples. they look like spots. some are pink and some are red, some are small and some are slightly bigger.
Im quite worried and i would prefer not to talk to this with my mom.
