Q: Red spot on stomach

I have recently noticed that I have a red/purple swollen spot on the lower left end of the stomach area, near the pelvis. Only one spot. I dont know if it will spread yet and it doesnt itch but it is painful. It's circular/oval shaped and mostly red and has been getting more red over time, also of a considerable size and much bigger than a pimple. I hope someone can tell me what this might be.

Only a dermatologist can identify the problem, because skin problems need to be seen to be diagnosed and there are hundreds of possibilities. Do you have access to a derma skin specialist?

Sorry for the late response, I caught the flu and not feeling too well. I dont have access to a dermatologist unfortunately. I have ointment and heat I can apply to it which I have already done. It's now starting to bleed so I'm not sure if thats a good sign or not and it started to bleed before I did anything to try to get rid of it. I think its infected. I was hoping I wouldnt have to go and get a diagnosis by a doctor but if it keeps bleeding I might have to.

Yeah ive ben haveing the same thing one day i stayd home from school not feeling good i went to sleep and woke up with a red pimple on my abdamin it has some pain
