I am a 17 year old circumcised male. Just 3 weeks ago i was in Amsterdam and I had sex with a prostitute. The very first thing she did was put a condom on me, however, she did remove it towards the end but only engaged in hand contact from that point forward.
About 1 week ago i noticed a small (about 1/2 centimeter in diameter) red spot on the underside of my shaft about half way up. It is perfectly flush to my skin and has no bumps, lumps, or any deformity. It is slightly red in color and does not itch, hurt, or have any abnormal feeling to it at all (a popped blood vessel maybe?). Earlier today, after feeling a slight tingle, i noticed the tip of my penis is slightly red around the urethra opening and also ever so slightly raised. Aside from the minor tingling i felt earlier, i have not felt any discomfort of any kind.
My question now is, what are all the possible STD's that share these symptoms that i could have? I know i should probably see a doctor, but I am very hesitant to bring this to my parents' attention. Any help is greatly appreciated. Also, what would be the best way to go about seeing my doctor and is there any way to do so without my parents knowing? I do drive and i have my insurance card, but aside from them noticing i left the house (which i can probably handle) is there a way for them to track my visit and is the doctor required to tell my parents? I would really like to visit but simply don't want anyone to know.
