i have a red spot on my bell end. Its not lumpy, doesnt hurt and i have not had sex.

My foreskin moves back relatively freely (although may this spot be caused by friction) i masturbate on average once per day

i have tried to caneston cream and it hasnt done much over the course of 4 weeks

i have had the spot for over a year
