Red rash on penis - herpes ?

Dear Sir,

I had sex with a prostitute on 27 jan 08 and then after 30 minutes, i went to another prostitute and had sex with her . I used condom with both the prostitues . First prostitue used a gel with condom and second one did not use gel but did use condom. I got redness around my penis hole after 4-5 days, i went to many doctors and they said its normal allergy , it will go with elovera (moisturising cream).but it didnot go . slowly my half skin of penis went little grey. Still it is grey after 16 months of exposure but doctor says its normal , its blood inside. I got tested for all stds including chlamydia,syphilis and hsv including serology in March 09 after 14 months . All tests were negative including herpes. That test was for hsv-1 and hsv-2 , serology .Only in bloodtest easophils were more in number . It was 8 for easophilis. Normal men have easophilis between (1-6). 2 days before getting these tests done my penis was touched by a doctor for examining std. He did not open the sealed packed , he used gloves which were already in use . on 7th April , i got a red rash under the cap of my penis , skin just broke out (like a fissure) and there was a red line of 0.5 inches , doctor said it was herpes . and gave me occurax (5 tablets each for 5 days)and t-back ointment and some anti-allergic tablets for 5 days . On 5th day , red rash went less severe and slowly slowly disappeared on 6th and 7th day of taking medicines , but i found two round circles full of small dots on my penis on 6th and 7 th day of taking medicines .It disappeared after 2 days . That was my first outbreak . I still feel itching on my penis after 2 months of first outbreak. I think i got herpes from that used hands glove which doctor used 2 days before my labtest for std. but doctors say that its not possible that u get herpes from gloves . I felt too much of fatigueness 1 month before the outbreak and this fatigueness went fine after taking occurax during outbreak . After one week of taking medicines i felt like i got my full power . but now i still feel littly fatigue when i get back home from office in the evening . but its very little . My tendons (nerves on upper hands) feel swollen a bit , specially my left hand tendons . Right hand tendons are also bit swollen and i feel pain in my one finger which is connected to heart . I feel a little pain in my backbone too , i feel like virus is in my nerves . How could herpes antibodies be -ve after 15 months , i showed this report to many doctors , they say it was some bacterial infection not herpes which went away , because after 15 months of exposure , antibodies test cannot be -ve . and the laboratory pathologist says that these tests are 60% correct , if i m not sure then i should go for this test again . now it has been 50 days after outbreak and i still feel itching in my penis . Doctor who said i had herpes was a senior doctor in a big goverment hospital and was sitting in std room . he just saw my rash and detected that it was herpes , gave me hiv test and vdrl , hiv was -ve and vdrl was non-reactive . but symptoms of rash went away as told by him that it would take 7 days to go . His occurax worked . i m confused that antibodies test was wrong or doctor is wrong , if it was not herpes , then what was that red rash . Now after 50 days , what test shall i go for , igg antibodies hsv type specific or pcr for hsv dna .
