Red Rash on Inner Thigh and Bum

ive a red rash on the inside of my thighs its also covers my area on either sides of were i pee. It continues from there all the way to my bum. I've also had white dscharge. Its red , itchy and the skin feels raw. I first thaught it was due to pads and used anti chafing cream but its had no affect. Im 16 and ive never experiened anything like this!
