Q: red pimples on head of penis

Hello, today when I was masturbating (dry) I noticed a couple of red dots, I looked even closer and there are loads, they are in a small area though, to the left had side of my head (on my penis Razz

).

Recently, the head of my penis had been itching, I had no idea what was making it itch though.

So please can anyone help me? Thanks. Sad
