Hello

I am 29, male, 1.90m, 98kg, semiprofessional athlete, at the moment finishing my postgrad programe. I have a very healthy lifestyle, eating only dietetic cooked food. I take nutritive supplements such as powder protein, creatine, multiminerals and vitamins.

My problem: for the last 7 months i have on a portion of my back, medium right side, on an area of approximately 25 square cm, red spots; one is very big and the rest are smaller. They haven't modified their shape and color in any way, they are not itchy. I also noticed that I have the same type of spots , but very few on the back of my upper left arm. Those on the arm have modified their color into brown and some of them disappeared only to reappear few weeks after.

Can you give an opinion, please?

Thank you.
