when i take a hot shower and come out i get these strange red patches or blotches on my thighs and feed is this an allergy or a disease can u provide me with lots of information and advice pls. And i got these stuff on my legs since the last 3-4 months

Hi,
Welcome to the ehealthforum. I am glad to help you out. If you get similar patches while going for a swim in the swimming pool, then the likely cause is the chlorine in the water. Using a chlorine filter shower will definitely help in improving the symptoms. Chlorine filter showers which use Vitamin C are quite helpful. I’ll suggest using Vitamin C tablets orally also because of its antioxidant effect.
