I had a small lump on my scrotum, after a while it developed into a white head, and i was able to squeeze pus out, but it remained a small red lump. After a few days, it didnt go away and i tried squeezing it out again, and after trying really hard, it didnt do anything but swell up and now my lymphnodes are swollen. I am going to the hospital in the morning, and i put neosporin on it, but i dont know what to think now, because it hurts to walk. Did my lymphonodes just swell because i tried squeezing it so hard? What is this. Its not connected to my testicles, its just on the scrotum, and i do shave my ball hair. Could it be an ingrown hair that turned into an infection? Help is all very much appreciated!
