Q: Red lump on chest

Hi,
im 19 years old, and i have had a lump about 1 to 2 inches below my collarbone, for least a year and it hasn't changed in size.
Its about the size of a pea, hard, red, smooth, painless, and feels attached to the skin, and moves with it.
I also have acne on my chest and back.
