red itchy bumps pink&brown discharge not pregnant not period

so basically im 18 yrs old ive had 8 sex partners(not too proud of it)within the coarse of 3 years last time i had sex was about last week on a saturday. ive only had sex with one partner using a condom the entire relationship all the others ive gone with out. stupid idea i know. anyway i recently went to the emergency room because i was nauseated and i had terrible chest back and stomach pains. they did do a dipstick test and said i had a whopping Uti just finished the medication for it plus i had debree in my bladder, well now i have less vaginal discharge but when it does show i do have a sort of pinkish/brownish discharge when i wipe after peeing. and i also have these dry itchy red bumps on the inside right infront of the vaginal hole wall. bothers me most at night because it gets itchy. im worried that it might be an std or a yeast infection. pleaseeeee help me figure this out. im not pregnant either but i havent gotten my period for a while im late about a month or so late.
