yesterday i had an itch on my testicle, nothing really new since i figure that's a pretty common thing. however, when i scratched it i felt an intense pain that was not very common for me. When I examined myself I found that I had, what looked like, a rash on my left testicle. There were NO pimples or bumps in the area and it does not hurt unless I touch it. I work as a janitor and have found that recently I have been very sweaty down there for about two weeks. I have not had sex in about 3 months and even then I was almost positive that girl was clean, we had been dating and she had been to the doctors with nothing to report to me. I did fool around with a girl a few weeks ago but we did not have sex and I'm pretty sure our genitals did not even touch. Also, I found a lot of irritation and intense itching on the crack of my buttocks, that is inflamed and red as well. I'm hoping it's just jock itch or a fungus. Any thoughts?
