I noticed underneath my foreskin around early january that i had a very ugly injury. It was swollen and red on one side (not on top, underneath, the part of the penis that faces the testicles) but not overly sore. I had had sex recently.

3 months later it has long since ceased to be swollen or sore, however the large red blotch has remained underneath that section of the foreskin and just does not appear to be healing or improving any further.

As part of a random health check i had a basic urine test this morning which revealed no obvious health problems.

However due to the lack of progress i am starting to become very concerned this could be a lesion and i have something fatal like HIV?

Please offer advice.

Many thanks.
