a few months ago i noticed these little red bums under my foreskin i dident think much of it until i looked on the internet can you tell me wot would of caused them to appear and how do i get rid of them i have also noticed a small red spot on my bellend you can c it and you can only just see tiny little 1s can you tell me wot they are to thatkyou jason ringling
