Q: Red bumps.

I was sitting in church the other day and i noticed them on my hands and spread up my arms. in a matter of hours i had these red non itch bumps alllll over my body! on my chest, face, neck, back, stomach, arms, legs, palms of my hands and even my feet. They do not itch and the doctor doesnt know what they are but they concluded if they dont hurt then nothing is wrong. any one have any suggestions or any ideas?
