I have a problem close to this, small red shiny bumps, not really painful until I try to pop them, two on the shaft, one above the shaft in pubic hair area, and about 4 or 5 on the waist line, when popped they secret what looks like clearish blood, they are not really easy to pop, and dont really itch or any redness around them just the bumps themselves but cant figure out what it might be, any help?

Welcome to e health forum.

The probable lesions described by you could be due to folliculitis (bacterial infection of the hair follicles or skin glands).

Usually these lesions usually will subside on their own without specific treatment.

In case they increase in numbers and are causing pain and sensitivity, you may consult with your doctor for a examination and seek proper treatment.
