i have had these red bumps kinda on my inner thigh next to my vagina i have been using calmoseptine it has made the irration better but it has not gone away its itchy thats bout it i have no idea wat it is my friend said it could be from shaving or jus cuz im pregnant my hormones are going crazy so if yall could maybe tell me wat it is

Hi, did you find out what this was? I am pregnant and about to go into labour any moment and I have a red itchy spotty rash around my vaginal area and its freaking me out! I am so embarrassed about giving birth because it looks horrid, the doctor told me it is some viral thing but its got worse and sooo itchy! I dont know what creams to use, any advice?
