I've never posted on here before..so im a bit nervous.

I am 19 years old and I have been with the same guy for about 2 years now. Unfortunately while I was away at school, I got pretty drunk with my friends one night and a lack of communication between myself and them ended me up in a room alone with an old high school boyfriend. He claimed to me afterward that he had been tested and was clean.

It has been over a month now and I have developed two bumps on my vagina, they are on the skin surrounding the vagina (not actually on it) one bump is quite a bit larger then the other the big one is about pea sized and is pretty sore. the smaller one is not sore or painful and looks to me more like a zit or pimple it has a whitish looking head.

the bigger bump was my concern it is flesh colored not white, just a little red. I at first thought it is possibly an ingrown hair, so i soaked it for a while and then i noticed a black hair sticking out of the bump so I plucked it,of course that was a bit painful but now about a half hour later it does not feel as painful as before and swelling seems to have gone down. Was this just an ingrown hair and have a fixed it?

I would go ahead and make an appointment with your doctor, sweetie.
There is nothing more important than your safety and the safety of your current boyfriend.
It is best if you get tested regardless of what you think the bumps may be.
I would just go ahead and get tested for everything under the moon. This way, you can be relieved knowing you are squeaky-clean.

if there was a hair growing out of it I would think its an ingrown hair. Do you shave?

You can always get tested though just to make sure.

Yes I do shave, thats why I believe it is or was an ingrown hair.

I'm going to try to make an appointment asap much to my dismay. Sad

Thank you for the responses though! I appreciate it.

they could very well be from shaving, but only a doctor will know for sure. At least with a doctor you will sure about everything. Hang in there,I know the waiting game can be torture!
