hello,

my son, age 7, got bit twice on his lower calf 2 days ago. i thought the bites would be a bit better by now, however they are not. they have gotten more red, there is a slight hardness around them, seems to be a yellow center under the skin in both bites and the area is sensitive to the touch (painful). the two bites are right next to each other. could you tell me possibly what it him and if i should be concerned. or should i just treat them as any bug bite? thank you for your help.

sincerely,

Deb
