Q: Recurring UTI treatment

I am 28 years old and for the past 2 years (maybe less) I keep getting UTIs every couple of months. The current one has lasted over 1 month straight. I have not seen a dr. due to no health insurance, but have all the symptoms, which go away when I use the over counter urinary pain relief stuff. I drink water and unsweetened cranberry juice still no luck. I am down to 2 AZO standard max pills every 24 hours (symptoms flare at night) but earlier in the month I was taking 2 every 3 1/2 hours! Please help.

I also have UTI but I feel no pain. I just urinate frequently. I tried unsweetened cranberry juice too and it lessened my urination. My only symptoms are pain in my lower back and frequent urination with foul smell. I'm not taking any medicine. I'm just into water therapy.
