Off and on for years, I've had these weird symptoms. It starts off with feeling nauseous. Then a few days later I experience severe upper back pain and pain in the stomach. It almost feels like I have some kind of virus, because I do get the chills, and I get dizzy. After a few days the symptoms go away, but I'm left feeling really tired . My doctor has run all kinds of tests on me but has not found anything. He thinks it's due to stress, except I'm not feeling stressed out. I did see an internist and she did a swallow test on me. She found a small polyp in my stomach but she doesn't think that's the reason for my symptoms. All I know it's not getting better, and I'm really frustrated. If anyone has any ideas what might be going on, I would really appreciate your input. Thankyou.
Melissa

Extremely eHealthy
It sounds like you may have a type of gallbladder disease.
Pain due to gallbladder disease is usually located at the right upper abdomen below the rib cage, but it can be felt in the middle abdomen in stomach area, even to the left side of abdomen, behind the breast bone, and sometimes spreading to the right shoulder, back and under the shoulder blades.
Nausea, vomiting, especially after a meal, loss of appetite, bloating, indigestion, are additional symptoms.
Fever and chills appear in some patients.
When the disease advances dizziness could be experienced, too.
