Hello, first post.
I was searching for things that may be causing my back pain and this site seems pretty trustworthy, so I'm going to give it a shot.

Starting about last year, I've been having recurring back pain in my lower back area, it usually happens when I'm sleeping and, as strange as it sounds, usually goes away as soon as the sun comes up. The only way I can sleep is if I lay on my stomache with my right knee bent.
Sometimes, along with the back pain I have nausea, headaches, and joint pain.
Usually the nausea stems from these horrible stabbing pains in my stomache, that feels like someone is stabbing me.

Can anybody give any advice?

Extremely eHealthy
You should start by seeing your primary doctor to see what he/she thinks is going on.

sounds like a GI problem, but it could be a combination of both GI and spinal issues.

Good luck

Fran
