I know that the burning and itching can drive you up a wall...You would like to have a rake.. ...Do you take nice warm baths when these come out?...Fiber does help....Are you doing some kind of straining that is making them worse?...

Why not have the colonscopy and see what they find...Possibly they may consider surgery as an option....

It is caused by to much pressure being exerted in the anus and rectum area which causes the veins to have a varicose vein effect.

So adding fiber can help, but understand this first if you are eating fibrous foods right now, perhaps your problem is not lack of fiber but lack of water intake instead which would cause the same problem.
