I am 20 years old. For the past 2 days I have been using the bathroom on myself without even knowing it #2. When i go to the bathroom everything is normal, sometimes when I go to use the bathroom I have #2 all over me. When I go to wipe in the back barely anything comes off, but when I go to wipe in the front their is alot, and its all over my panties. It looks exactly like #2 (more like baby #2)... but it doesnt smell anything like it, PLEASE HELP.!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you experience stool leakage from the rectum unexpectedly (ex, while passing gas)?
What's was the frequency and consistency of your bowel movement like before this?
Are you suffering from chronic constipation?
Can you please, explain better the last part of your post "When I go to wipe in the back barely anything comes off, but when I go to wipe in the front their is alot, and its all over my panties"?

When was your last cycle? Are you on birth control? Do you have cramps, like you feel like you are beginning to start your period?

Actually, I would set up an appt to see your gynecologist for an accurate diagnosis.

I'm sure you are frightened but there could be a simple explanation.

Do you have normal menstrual periods?
Was this happening after your last period has finished?
