I had an accident june 2007, in which i suffered a spinal cord injury (th 3/4 )and had surgery on my back (laminectomy) here in germany: i initially lost mobility of the legs but have recovered most of my mobility now:
i would like to know if it is possible for me to walk like before and also if i could be sexually active as before? since after the accident i never tried to have sex and i realised i do have erection all right but i do not think it is strong enough:what do you think help me to understand my situation please
