Q: Recovery after and before running

Dear Mr/Ms
I run now about 30 kl.for week.But for me is difficult to run if weather is warmly. I sweat very much and loss salt.If weather is normal I can runnig 20-25kl.and more.Can you tell me any drug?

Do you drink enough water? Maybe you could try jogging through a park, or in the shade. Maybe you could invest in a treadmill. You can jog or run in all kinds of weather.
