I cant do this anymore, ive lost weight! It took me so long to get to 180lbs and now im at 165lbs, im afraid they said not to do heavy lifting for couple weeks, by then i will loose more weight with how fast my metabolism is! I cry each time i look in mirror and just want to be normal again! Help!!!!!!!!!

I feel your pain. I was 220 when I got mono and I dropped down to 195 after it was all said and done. You are just going to have to take the loss and start all over again from scratch. Matter of fact you won't even be able to work out as intensely when you come back you will have to do light work outs and gradually get back to where you were. This is what I am doing now.
