Q: reconstructive facial surgery

my face is uneven, 1 side is wider than the other this happened because of very poor dental hygiene at a young age and life style. i had a lot of candies n my mom did not feed me enough healthy food because we were poor, as well as i always slept on one side for many many years, and when my grown up teeth start to growing in no one took me to the dentist to remove one baby tooth on the top right of the 2front teeth the one right beside it so it grew under the baby tooth which made me face smaller than the left side because when your teeth do not close together evenly the face will change like if u are crassbite then your face is croocked/slanted, and if you have over bite then your lip will look like a bird, etc... so my jaw became uneven which made my face ugly.

results:
-poor dental hygiene
-slept on right side of face for many years
-uneven teeth closing together, 1 tooth(right side) grew under which did not expand normally like the left side

*left side of face is wider than right side, JAW lin is very uneven and the corner angle of the jaw on the left is bigger/huge than the right side plus the muscle is bigger as well.

now i am going through braces and loving it so far it has been a yr and a qrtr. my teeth looks a lot better but i still notice that my jawline is still very uneven especailly when i ly down and that left side jaw corner the big bone is still there, i guess my feature facial bone stopped growing.

PLEASE HELP ME...........
i did many researches on jaw/mandibular angle reduction and everything along the line about facial reconstructive. I am mentally n phsyically ready to go through the JAW reduction where they shave down your jaw and adding an additional plastic model of a jaw to out line the jaw itself so it would look more even. as well as getting maybe getting a minnie jaw lift in the long run but it might make it look more uneven, we'll see.

----------- HAS ANYONE who know of this surgery herd of anyone DYING from it????????? I am very concerned about that........................

this shaving surgery will cost 10thousand and up....
